The Plantation opened its doors on June 8, 1981 and was located at 6600 Fannin Street across from the Texas Medical Center. The Plantation Catering continued to do business during that summer using a rented school cafeteria until its new and current location at 3147 West Holcombe was built. Manager and Partner Antonio Marquines has built many customer relationships over his 28 year history with the business, and if you meet him you will understand true customer service and likeability. Partner and originator, Ron Langhamer has relocated to La Grange, Tx and has limited work with the Catering Company. Our menu features offerings from snack food to exquisite banquet catering and varieties of many cuisines are served daily. In the 1980’s and 1990’s The Plantation Catering served mostly Medical Center functions including meetings, parties, and luncheons. After moving to our new location, our list of catering clientele has grown to include many industries throughout the Greater Houston area and beyond with clients from many different aspects of business. The Plantation Catering has also enjoyed providing delicious foods for private functions including parties, celebrations, Weddings, Quincenaeras, or pretty much any type event where great food is desired.
