Quality comes first, and I learnt this the hard way. The cheap key I got made from the hardware store broke off in the lock within a week. That’s when I hired Galaxy Locksmith Store. I’ve heard a lot about them. But did they live up to the hype? I must say, they definitely did! Gary managed to extract the broken pieces from the lock carefully to avoid causing any damage to it. He then made two new keys within 15 minutes. As I held the keys, I could make out the excellent workmanship on it, and could tell that the material used was of high quality. And the prices? I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Galaxy Locksmith Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend.

Union Locksmith Store did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Union Locksmith Store !

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. called Galaxy Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

I chose Galaxy Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.
