Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. I had to leave town on a business trip and I needed those keys to hand out to the caretaker before I left. Thankfully, General Locksmith Store heeded my call and arrived onsite within 10 minutes. It took Joe only a short span to create two extra sets of keys. Compare that to the time I would have otherwise spent on looking for a hardware store and waiting an hour for the keys to made, I’d say their time-efficient service has been made for people like me who’re constantly on the move. My husband and I moved into an older home and did not have all the keys to it; we needed to have our house re-keyed. I called General Locksmith Store and was able to make an appointment for the next day. He took down my information and we made an appointment for an hour window. He showed up as scheduled and was able to re-key my home in under 20 minutes! 3 Locks total - keyed alike; he even gave extra spare keys! Robert is super professional and the price is just right. Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. General Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Mission , MO company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended! General Locksmith Store is the company to call to.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with General Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Mission , MO.

My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. I hope that I don't need this service again but if I do, this is who I will be using General Locksmith Store in Mission , MO
