Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. I had to leave town on a business trip and I needed those keys to hand out to the caretaker before I left. Thankfully, General Locksmith Store heeded my call and arrived onsite within 10 minutes. It took Joe only a short span to create two extra sets of keys. Compare that to the time I would have otherwise spent on looking for a hardware store and waiting an hour for the keys to made, I’d say their time-efficient service has been made for people like me who’re constantly on the move. I’ve put down their number 913-364-2657 on my contact lists. Will definitely call them again… If you live in Mission , MO, I highly recommend hiring this firm…

Was very helpful and quick onsite. Jeffrey had everything he needed to get me back into my car with him when he arrived. I will definitely General Locksmith Store services in the future since I know I will lock my keys in my car again.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with General Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Mission , MO.
