I could tell from the way he talked about his work that he absolutely loved it. His attention to detail stunned me. This place is hands down the best locksmith in Los Angeles, CA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Master Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Los Angeles, CA that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! I think the guy I had was Dave from Master Locksmith Store he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Master Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows?
