I knew I was being unreasonable but I simply wanted to have my locks changed then and there! I searched frantically for a good locksmith in Ashburn, VA and found Aqua Locksmith Store. They had a mountain of good reviews and I had a feeling they’d get there at once! And they did!
The technician, Mark , took only ten minutes to get there and hear me out. He suggested that I opt for rekeying instead of replacement to save some money and got the job done within minutes. He could have easily exploited me, but he didn’t – and that’s why I’ve remained a loyal customer to Aqua Locksmith Store for over a year now! So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Aqua Locksmith Store to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys.
Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns.
Anyway, this Aqua Locksmith Store is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.

Arrived on time, installed my top lock in 20 minutes, barely made a mess, and didn't mind me asking questions about the whole process. $100.00 + Tip = totally worth it. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Aqua Locksmith Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Ashburn, VA within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock.
James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 703-570-4153 and calling him up again.
