I forgot the combination to the safe, having changed it the previous day. I’d written it down somewhere but had misplaced the slip of paper. One, I did not have access to the business contracts, money and other documents locked in the safe. Two, there was this ever-present possibility that the parchment with the combination on it had found its way to the wrong hands. Desperate for an immediate resolution, I called various locksmiths but none were available for help at 11pm. A few told me they’d never heard of the same before hanging up the phone. He managed to crack the code and open the safe in no time. He then reset the combination to a new one. All this was done in less than an hour. Thank you so much for helping me out during a crisis. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Aqua Locksmith Store made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. He needed to come back the next day and finish the job and he refused to let me pay him till it was a 100%. I will recommend him to anyone who gets locked out, needs new locks, or is just looking to hear some crazy stories. Thank you!!

Simply awesome. Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership. He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient.
