Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by Locksmith Solution Services. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! It was only when the regular locksmith I hired bailed on me, that I started looking on the web for help and landed up on https://www.SimiValley.Locksmith-Solution-Services.com! It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! The firm I used to call up apparently went out of business years ago, so I took to the internet and found http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. Locksmith Solution Services had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure he’ll throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong… Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Locksmith Solution Services for providing outstanding services in Simi Valley , CA. FANATASTIC SERVICES! Highly recommend to all!

I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment. The next day he was on time, friendly, efficient, and considerate.I will use them again. Locksmith Solution Services The Best In Town!!!!

I knew it was time to call in a professional, after reading all the reviews I decided to reach out to Locksmith Solution Services. Holy Moley! Not only is he great too look at, but he does a great job and cleans up after wards. Ahhhh if more men were like that! Leave me wanting more!! lol!! Can’t thank Locksmith Solution Services enough! I was terrified to death when I was stranded outside my home. My neighbors were on a vacation and I didn’t really know anyone else in Simi Valley , CA. My shaky voice was a dead giveaway. The dispatcher on the other end was very sympathetic assuring me of prompt help. Within twenty minutes, I was back inside my home. I couldn’t stop myself from stammering thanks to Jones, the technician who showed up for help! Since then, I’ve always had their number 805-800-3006 on speed dial, just in case I get caught up in another terrifying scenario!
