After meeting our client, we personally select a qualified caregiver whom we will personally introduce. We will keep in continuous contact with our client to make sure that you are satisfied. We will even have unannounced visits to ensure that first class care is being provided to our client. We provide an experienced caregiver, who is comprehensively trained and given written tests, detailed background checks, TB tests, and CPR licensed. Whether a one time or recurring visit, we will be there for you and you can feel secure knowing that you will always have the same caregiver on most visits, which helps assure familiarity, continuity and consistency.
