Tina Lee
Very rude and unprofessional. Heidi and Mike canceled at 8:21am today. My appointment was scheduled for 9am today. Their policy requires payment “to hold slot” for the appointment, which means they want full payment before you even see an actual inspector (which according to 6-7 other home inspection companies and several realtors is not a normal policy).
Beware and save yourself time and energy and use a different inspection company!
