I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Locksmith & Lock Store !
