When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments Locksmith & Key Shop had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele… Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasn’t willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement. Locksmith & Key Shop did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Locksmith & Key Shop. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Locksmith & Key Shop was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! The guy who came in from Locksmith & Key Shop (I think he was named Ronnie) got my MulTlock working in no time! I thought he was gonna charge me a bomb for it, but asked a very reasonable price. I’ve since called Locksmith & Key Shop up and asked for Ronnie to come over three times for various reasons. Never once have I been anything short of happy with the service provided!
