Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Metro Locksmith Services to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Metro Locksmith Services for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Montebello , these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two.
