Burn Personal Training Welcome to Burn, Larchmont's premiere personal training studio. Owner and trainer Rob DelliPaoli offers individualized workout and nutrition programs to meet your specific needs. During your initial consultation, Rob will assess your current fitness level and determine the type of workout and schedule that will enable you to reach your goals. Small group fitness classes (kickboxing, body sculpt, yoga, pilates and bellydancing) will also be offered. You can experience the one-on-one attention and customization that a personal training session offers and also join in on fun group classes with friends.
