A lot of people had access to my keys and I had to rekey the locks frequently. A technician from a local store suggested that I buy a DIY rekeyable lock to save money – and it was the biggest mistake I made. My house was broken into soon thereafter and I lost a lot of valuables. I hired Neighborhood Locksmith Store to consult. According to Joe, such rekeyable locks don’t stand a chance against burglars. His suggestion: get a keypad lock, and share the code with those you need to provide access to. Wish I had hired them earlier and received this excellent advice! Never hire unknown firms and never trust your security to them! Always opt for professional firms like Neighborhood Locksmith Store that have vast experience in the trade. Thanks for the wonderful work guys… highly recommend to all in Cleveland !!

I'm on the same page as everyone else - great service at unbelievable prices. Called Ronnie from Neighborhood Locksmith Store and he arrive right on schedule despite it being the weekend! The best part was that he didn’t charge me a dime extra for providing service on a weekend. I recall having paid $40 to some other locksmith as an extra charge for calling him up after hours. Very professional and very affordable! If I ever need a locksmith in Cleveland , OH sometime in the future, Ronnie’s the one I’ll call!

HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, GREAT PRICES and FAAAAAAST!!!! Can not say enough nice things about Dave and his company. Called today to have a keyed doorknob installed on my bedroom door and an hour later Scott was at my Stuy Town apartment and 15 minutes later my new lock was installed. So professional and courteous, Scott really made me feel comfortable when he showed up and he was FAST! I called 5 other locksmiths who all wanted upwards of $170 to install the lock and Dave did it for $79!!!!
