These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Wheat Ridge, CO. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Safe & Key Store made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Safe & Key Store to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. Anyway, Safe & Key Store is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.

I can't recommend this Safe & Key Store enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.
