You need to know that Hethr's House Cleaning and Janitorial Services is a total scam. "Hethr" agreed to clean my apartment (it was a move out) on Thursday the 12th of January - she was to show up at 11:00am - she got there at 1:30. asked me to pay her up front and in cash - $150.00. I paid her $80.00 up front and the balance would be paid once I inspected after she was done. When she got there, she told me it would only take her about two hours to clean - she had to leave and pick up her kid or kids from school at 3:30. She sent me a text at 3:25 with all the things she did NOT do. I went and inspected the apartment. The ONLY thing she did was clean out the refrigerator and freezer and wiped down the washing machine and dryer and partially cleaned the stove. I texted her and asked if she was coming back. She told me she looking for a "sitter" for her kids. I texted her several more times asking when she would come back and finish and to give me a time - NO RESPONSE. Thank GOD I did not pay her the full $150.00 - she basically took the money and ran and did not bother to finish a job she committed to. I ended up hiring Carmen's Cleaning - they sent me three people who cleaned the apartment in 2 1/2 hours - they did a phenomenal job and the apartment passed inspection. They were appalled that someone who is supposed to be a professional did what "Hethr" did to me. And so am I. She is as unprofessional as they come and a THIEF. Just thought you should be aware!
