I asked Amber Locksmith Store to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing. Apart from lock change, they’ve got a full range of services listed on their site https://www.DesPlaines.Amber-Locksmith-Store.com. I’ve made Amber Locksmith Store my locksmith partner, and you should too!

Couple reason
1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Des Plaines, IL.
2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Instead of charging for the higher service they recommended a cheaper but secure alternative.
3) Credit card accepted!

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Amber Locksmith Store is Ace ! I would recommend them to anyone in the City - 847-603-3309.

I called Amber Locksmith Store today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice.He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys.
