I’d advise you to call up a couple of firms before finalizing on one, because that’s how I found them! Once I called them on 860-261-9298 and stated my requirement, they immediately got back to me with an estimate that was lower than what other firms offered. Got locked out for perhaps the fifth time in the last few months. I’d forgotten to take the keys with me again! The usual locksmith service I hired was unavailable since it was around 11 pm then. Cost me around $48, plus, the locksmith also altered the lock for free so it wouldn’t lock automatically behind me. Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. Ben is the f'ing man. I live in Windsor Locks , CT , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Polite, professional, courteous, and 10 times a more pleasant experience than visiting my family. If you need a locksmith, call these guys 860-261-9298 !!!!!

I called Anchor Locksmith Store yesterday based on the glowing reviews I read on this site. The service and care were exemplary. I called them and in a matter of hours they had installed security locks on both of my steel fire doors at a good price. I don't normally write reviews, yet I feel compelled to write this - they are that good.

Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Windsor Locks , CT for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.

No one wants to be in the situation where they need to call a locksmith, especially in Windsor Locks , CT , Exclusive Locksmith Service are the guys to call. I've had a lockout and a broken lock at 2 different locations, and both times Exclusive Locksmith Service was there within a half hour. The last time was a lock out, and the owner was there in like 15-20 minutes. We have a really tough lock to pick, one of those ones where you need to send the keys out to be machined.... He worked at picking this lock for 20 minutes, every which way, it's a pick proof lock. Luckily, as we were talking he opened the door and we were in! No damage to my expensive lock, no drill outs, no up charge.. I was telling him how good it is to have reliable guys like him around to do this, it's not a regular thing to have a guy with morals in the lock business. I gave him a tip, usually you feel so screwed after all of the up charging <which he didn't do at all> that's the last thing you're thinking about... Normally with other guys that i have used in the past they tinker around a bit and then drill out, that's cost of the drill out plus the new lock plus a hefty up charge on all the locks they provide. If you're locked out or need a change of locks, they are the best. Just getting to this review now, it's been a few months but the guy really deserves it, I'd give 5 stars. Keep up the fine service. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond.
