Charges were fairly reasonable, despite the fact that I’d had about two locks changed and four locks rekeyed. Won’t hesitate to hire again…

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Baldwin Locksmith Store was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Glenview, IL charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Baldwin Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith! 10/10

The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! Solid work and reasonably priced! I wanted Baldwin Locksmith Store to get a rekey job done. The technician I’d called earlier said it couldn’t be done and tried to upsell me on other products, but I didn’t buy it.
