We had Aqua Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. Jerry of Aqua Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! If you’re ever locked out or are in need of locksmith services urgently, I bet no one could get there as fast as Aqua Locksmith Store!!!!! I’ve been locked out two times (yes, it happens) and both times, I waited no longer than twenty minutes for help from Aqua Locksmith Store to arrive. Any other locksmith could have charged me well over $200 for providing assistance under such circumstances but paid less than $80 when I hired Aqua Locksmith Store. Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Aqua Locksmith Store is the BEST Locksmith Company in Kansas City , MO!!!!
