ANGEL is a professional boxer and his staff conducts mutiple classes in Kick Boing, MMA, BOxing, Strength and Conditioning. It does not matter if you are new to the sport or experience he will take you in and train you from basic fundementals to advance techniques. KO EMPIRE is the best. I went in looking to just lose weight, and lose weight I did. I went in when they opened in Aug and weighed 198lb now i am at 175lb and have keep at it with his training
