My experience with East Texas Foundation Repair has been awful. I bought my first home on August 21, 2015. In order for us to close the lender required foundation repairs to be done. The bank that owned the property was not familiar with this part of Texas so they trusted me to find a repair company. I found East Texas Foundation Repair from Google and sent their contact information to the bank. The bank hired them to the do the job and they were able to fix the repairs within a reasonable amount of time. The only problem was that while they were lifting the foundation they cracked my front porch. The crack was not structural, only cosmetic, but it looked bad. They called and told me what had happened and assured me that they would fix the crack and get it taken care of. Since we were under the gun trying to close, we went ahead and closed the next day with the cosmetic crack still there. I never heard a word from them after that. I called them a week later to ask about the crack and they said they would have someone take care of it. A week later I never heard back from them so I called again and they said they would take care of it. A week later I never heard back from them so I called again and they said they would fix it. The next day I come home from work and they actually came out and refinished the porch but it looks absolutely horrible. The product they used to refinish the porch was slung all over my brick, my windows, my flower bed and sprinklers. It looks worse now
