STAY AWAY FROM KERTILES
My transaction with Kertiles was a nightmare. I found them through Ebay but lured me to do business directly with them, at the same price. I paid UPS delivery in the amount of $720. which was nightmare when a rental truck without equipment showed up to delivery breaking a significant amount of the tiles and putting at risk the safety of the delivery guy and two members of my family. I was promised by Kertiles a full refund of the shipping cost, still to be seen 4 months after.
I clearly specify that this project needed to be completed in two weeks by a professional traveling specifically to do the job or that I would go someplace else to buy the tiles. I was lied to about the replacement shipment and I have emails to prove this. They arrived after the person left causing me extra cost to hire another person to do the unfinished job.
A major issue was that the tiles were very poor quality, warped, which required us to buy more than double the amount of glue to install the job. I was assured that I was going to get first quality tiles, instead I received the worst quality.
The person , the sales manager, with whom we did the transaction was very supportive but not empowered to help the customer. The manager, David, too busy to respond to a phone call and my only brief conversation with him was to tell me how wonderful they are.
