My experience over the last 3 months has been discouraging. Back in Sept. I cashed a check at a Frys in Phoenix. I put $100 on my 1-2-3 rewards visa, The check was returned. I had been given a bad check. The company that wrote the bad check paid Kroger back. I assumed the $100 would be put back on my card. This was almost 3 months ago. Week after week I was told a check was mailed to me. A few weeks back I was told the check was sent and cashed. The check was sent to the company that wrote me the bad check in the first place. Not to me. Are you kidding my name was not even on the check. Now I'm told by Emily Wolcott to go collect the money myself from the company that wrote me the bad check in the first place. I'm still shocked that could even be an option. Your company took $100 out of my account sent it to someone else and now wants me to collect it from them. There must be a law broken here somewhere. My complaint to the BBB was the first for your company, I'm sure it won't be the last.
