Case Received by BBB (Less) Case Description: I bought a front lip for my car from them and it didnt fit so i want to return the item and i just keep from them they are waiting for an update. On Feb 28th i bought i front lip for my SAAB 93 from them. First problem it took over a week for them to send it when they supposedly had them in stock. I bought it for 142.87. I didnt receive it till march 12th. . The taps that snap into my bumper where not in the right spots if you centered the lip it was off by 2 inches on each end on the lip. The end of the lip is so warped it will not fit. I was expecting for me to have to sand and paint the lip but i was expecting it to atleast fit my car that they said it was made for. I emailed them my concern April 1st at 7:22am i got a call from a employee later that day asking what my concerns were with the lip i told her and asked how long it would take and she said she would get something done for me today. I am getting no communication on what is going on or what is going to happen with my concern in wanting to return this lip that they said would fit my car but does not. When i email about an update on the information i just get told we forwarded my complaint to the right department when i sent the email to customer service who should be the people dealing with my issue. I want my money back and return this lip so i can purchase one that will fit my car. The women who answers their phone has blocked my number.
