I had an opportunity to work with Louis, the owner of Simpson Financial Group. Louis is both a wonder and a joy to work with. I have never seen the combination of humility and competence as he displays in the way he conducts himself and his work product. What is extra special about him is not his incredible skill as President, but his acumen as a business leader. Imagine one's surprise when one discovers a President reading a P&L, talking with a VP of sales with regard to conversion ratios of bookings to revenue and consulting with a CEO on funding approaches. I've seen Louis do all of this and more with the fluidity of an artist. To have the breadth of technical and business knowledge wrapped up in the unassuming and kind human being is extraordinary. Louis and his team are in a class by themselves and conduct themselves in a fashion that is the envy of anyone blessed enough to work close with them. I wish Louis and his team all the best in the future.
