I would give 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Neighbors beware of a tree service company going door to door offering to cut down limbs and take down trees. The name of the fake company is called Druid Tree Service. The men are James Frye and Ray and Anthony Cooper. My husband was unaware of their poor service and agreed to let then cut down a red oak in our yard that died. The first day they arrived at 5pm and didn't have the necessary tools and kept asking my husband for additional tools. They cut down a few lower branches then came to the door and asked for half of the payment. We told them we would not pay until the job was done. The next day the returned at 5pm and stayed until 8pm, again asking for money to complete the job. We said no and asked them to leave because they were hanging out in the streets disrupting the neighbors. Finally the third day they sent a message saying they would come in the afternoon- but they never showed up. The two days that they did come they left the yard a complete disaster, trash everywhere from their drinks and snacks, tree limbs everywhere. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! We could tell they didn't have a clue what they were doing. No safety equipment or tools necessary for the job. All they did was show up, make a mess, chain smoke leaving cigarrettes everywhere, curse in the streets and destroy our yard. If you value your property do not let these people anywhere close to your yard. We learned our lesson and fired them from the job after the third day. Anyone who touches your yard needs a professional business license and insurance. DRUID TREE SERVICE IS TRASH!

Ray is a total scam artist, he ripped me and my neighbor off by not finishing the job he started. Oh he's a smooth talker and gives a great line of how busy they are and they'll have to go to another job and then come back and finish yours later. He and his partner are just playing the numbers game, there are so many people out there to rip off, he can stay busy for years without getting busted. I will continue to spread the word about what a sorry person he is and hope I'm there to see him go to jail for a long time, He is also using the company name Quality tree service and an old address in Arlington and many phone numbers that are not even his.

These 2 scammers also go by Quality Tree Service. There total scum bags. Will leave your yard in a complete mess. Just read some of there reviews. Total scammers.

Arlington Tree Services Review: Arlington, TX (0 STARS) Ray Williamson and his tree trimming company that goes by Arlington Tree Services (a.k.a. Quality Tree Service, Druid Tree Service) goes door to door with a hand-written sticky note as a business card reading "Arlington Tree Services since 2006 - Free Estimates - 817-542-6016". We hired him to trim and remove some trees. He signed a work order showing two days of work. First day = trimming & cutting down trees for $$$. Second day = "haul off" for $50.00. The agreement was that they would trim and cut and BUNDLE the debris and limbs for curbside pick-up. The job was about 1/2 done the first day and I was told they would be back between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to finish the next day. They even left a chainsaw and some climbing gear to assure they would return. After not hearing back, I contacted them with a message asking if they were coming. I got a call about 5:30 PM saying someone was coming by to pick up the firewood, which they did but no one showed to finish the job. The following day, they came knocking on the door to "finish the job". The cut the last tree down, drug some of the limbs to the curb without bundling any of them and after a while when we went to check on them, they had packed everything up and left without saying a word while leaving our yard looking like a tornado had struck - limbs all over the place. I called and left a message but my call was not returned. I'm still cleaning up...
