I would give Leah Prospere 0 star if I could. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this Leah. First of all she advertises as honesty braids but she's not in the same building. When I call her number she directs you to another location. Leah is a horrible stylist. I've taken my daughter there 4 times and I make an appointment with her days or weeks I'm advance and she ALWAYS call 30 minutes as I'm driving to tell me to push time to an hour later. Then when 45 minutes goes by she calls again saying change time 2 hours later. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. And Leah is lazy. When I get there I have to wait over an hour because she's still doing someone's hair ( remind you I had appt and it was pushed back 3 hours) so I still have to wait. Then the style of braids I wanted for my daughter, a pic I showed Leah in advance before the appt and said she could it, suddenly Leah says she cannot do because it takes too long and she has a party to go to. She's done this to us 4 times. She's always saying she can do braids when you show her a pic, but she'll change her mind the day of if she's tired or has something else come up. She tried to discourage me about the style WE both agreed on the day my daughter is there and it's simply because she wants to do another style that doesn't take up time. It's what Leah wants. Not what the customer asked her to do. After the 4 visit I finally got so fed up with her calling me saying she cannot do my daughter hair, but my daughter has been sitting in the shop for over 2 hours. I should of been suspicious in the beginning when she was advertising under another company name. When I called the real honesty braids they told me Leah was fired because customers had the same complaints as I. I take my daughter to the real honesty braids and the stylists are nice and professional. They do not change the times on you 3 times the day of your appointment. I know things come up but Leah did this EACH time. So do not call 832-894-1002. This is not honesty braids. There is no honesty braids 2. Leah is a con artist, rude, unprofessional, and don't give a d---- she doesn't follow through with what she made your appt for. The last time I brought my daughter there and Leah said she didn't have time because she had a party to go to I was livid. I finally told her she's done this to us 3 times already and she agreed the style of braids ahead of he appt. I always went to her to show her a pic, then make an appt. So it's no surprises for her. She's jus lazy. Leah is the worst stylist I've ever known. So lazy and unprofessional. She doesn't even apologize or say she'll give a discount for the inconvenience. Leah just doesn't care.
