I'm an individual and couple psychotherapist, offering services in English or Spanish. I provide individual and couple counseling to clients interested in becoming better educated about their relational "survival strategies." Using a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Imago therapy and Gestalt techniques, clients learn how to tune-in to their own inner resources, navigate challenging situations and find appropriate solutions that make it possible to enjoy life more fully. Priority is given to pinpointing problem areas, setting goals for treatment, collaborating on steps toward these goals, and reviewing successes and obstacles.
