She has studied consciousness and the workings of the mind through her degrees in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Comparative Religion. She has specialized training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy to guide clients towards self awareness as a tool for creating balance and mental well-being. She is also EMDR level II trained.
