Jamie Westerberg, owner of Bear Builders put in a deck for us, in which he pulled a permit. He never closed the permit although assured me it was closed several times. I dug a footer up myself and found it was less than 2 feet deep, not the required 32". I'm now working with the County Inspector to try to rectify the situation. I've tried many times to contact him but can not get through. We have a signed contract with him and have paid him in full.
