I'm not sure I can get the entire story with only using 1500 characters...so I'll post as many as needed. Let's being in September 16,2016 when I gave them $100 deposit to fix my washer. Short story.. it's January 2017 and it's still not fixed. For the first few months I just waited... and waited... let's go to the last few weeks... this morning. I get a text... a text ( how unprofessional) saying he's not coming today.. "sorry for the problems" ... Friday he was supposed to be here but supposedly he's trucks broke down.. day before that, he called 30 minutes after he was to be in my home.. only to say he's coming the next day.. the day his trucks broke down. I called off work for 3 days, 3 DAYS!!!! my dryer is now broken due to drying super wet clothes.... I'm out of 3 days pay... and this Tim guy says "oh I'll refund your money".. as if after all this time and all these other circumstances that that is supposed to fix things.... no, you have the wrong one... I'll be the last person you burn. Small claims court is made just for pricks like him... any I'd else reading this and have experienced anything similar... please email me [email protected].... I'm taking this clown to court.

I had the worst experience. I have waited 4 weeks for them to show up and I a m stilling waiting ..the repair work they first did was unsuccessful and they have not returned to fix the problem. They repeatedly set up appointment only to not show up, not even a phone call. Disrespectful and unprofessional !!
