I have been working with Northeast Facilities Management for many years. I am an apartment manager overseeing several Ct locations working for an upscale owner with high standards. Northeast Facilities Management is like a part of our team. We use them for so many different services on our properties from apartment cleaning, building cleaning, shampoos, painting of every kind, to landscaping and capital projects and many things in between. We are mainly 100 unit complexes with generally 1 person maintenance crews so Northeast Facilities Management fills many of our needs especially when we need extra help anywhere. They come when they are scheduled, provide professional bids and stick to all contracts, they work safe and clean and are fully insured, they are responsive and customer friendly to our residents as well. Its a great partnership. I highly recommend this company.
