The worst customer service I ever experienced. They didn't show up for 2 appointments for a dishwasher installation, which I took time off from work, and the third got canceled after they could not meet the time window that was set up by Costco after I called them. I would advise if you are buying appliances from Costco you specify not having Bayou do the installation, save yourself a big headache and rude customer service. They don't understand Customer Service and they really don't care. Frankly, if they cannot even schedule an installation imagine what they would do to your appliance.
