Representing our HOA, I hired Jeff Davis to repair storm damage and replace the siding on our building with Hardie Plank - a $60,000 job. Things started out well. Jeff was professional, responsive, and did a great job with emergency when we had water pouring into one of our units due to storm damage. As the emergency repairs progressed, it became apparent that it made the most sense to fast forward on our plans to replace the siding, so we moved ahead with the complete project then and there. As the project progressed and neared completion, it became very difficult to get Jeff and his crew to do what they said they were going to do. At the very end of the project, I provided Jeff with a "punch list" of items that were incomplete. The work was never finished, and our HOA paid $1200 to to have someone else do it. There were painted areas that clearly only had one light coat, as the primer showed through the paint on 6 decks and one wall of a breezeway. Light fixtures and electrical outlet covers were not re-installed. There is paint spatter almost everywhere you look. There are deep ruts in the grass where the lift was parked during wet weather. Windows were installed and the inside of them all left a mess. Jeff said that he was not paid everything he was owed. He was. After several conversations about it, I did the math, and spelled it out for him, line by line. I got no response after that to indicate that he agreed or disagreed. Very unprofessional and unreliable in the end.

metal roof installed Dec 4, 2014, 1st leak Dec 11 , 2nd leak 5/4/15 , 3rd leak 11/24/15 , 4th leak 2/4/16 , 5th leak 10/8/16, 6th leak 10/24/16, 7th leak 11/11/16 (these were all leaks in my great room, now have a bright white spot where they painted white over pop corn to cover water spots) 8th leak 1/6/17 1/23/17 leak in master , with pop corn texture falling off the ceiling

Terribly disappointed in Jeff and his work his company put a new roof on my house and not only have I had leaks but a pipe fell through my roof and the leaks have caused a lot of damage and Jeff has not handled his end of the contract I have started litigation procedures and he and his company should be ashamed to take the full amount paid with guarantees and he continues to fail miserably and his office Mgr as well as many others in his company other than Ben are not interested in a solution My hope is I will get everything done Properly with the help of the Court I would not recommend this company never and he deserves what is coming so sad to take advantage of good people
