We specialize in Caribbean and American Cuisine and try to keep true to their origins. There are many Caribbean countries, but Patricia loves the flavors from Trinidad and Tobago, with its rich East Indian and European flavors and that combined with American Cuisine makes such an awesome combination to share with her clientele.
