1 star because i wasted so much money with these guys continuously giving them a chance, but do to my being naive on how SEO and internet marketing goes I was taking advantage of. These guys have the WORST customer service that I have ever dealt with besides Walmart. They tell you they want to help the small businesses out like mine but its all a sham. They are very lazy in regards to revising your website, ( It usually would take a week to respond to my emails) They also never pick up the phone or call you back when you leave voicemails and when I have requested to meet so we can restrategize I get blown off. They wont explain to me how they supposedly get my key words higher in the google search engine, the work they do is not organic at all which screws me over now that I'm no longer using them I'm back to square one. In fact they wont be making your webpage out of scratch they use a template, i might as well do the work myself and buy a template on wordpress. I have had a constant headache with vitaly, i had to hold his hand on every single little thing. Then when im unhappy and start asking questions they are never answered in regards to how things work, how they get me ranked higher and they offer to give me free keywords and take like $50 off my monthly bill. That does NOT solve anything. Im ashamed i have handed my money to such horrible service. I wish i could get the thousands of dollars back that i have spent.
