Listening to my clients is More Important than Talking. As a Realtor, I do more than just show houses to buyers and sellers. I may wear many hats by the time we get to the closing table. Some of those hats may include referee if the home buyers are a couple who keep bumping heads on the decisions necessary to make a final decision. Keep in mind all the while we are trying to keep the peace, we can't come across as favoring the wife over the husband or vice versa then you've created a new enemy, the couple themselves. Whew! We as Realtors are in a very delicate spot keeping the balance and the peace while putting all of the pieces together to make sure the experience our clients receive is a pleasurable one that they will want to share with friends and family. As a Realtor, I am Resourceful, Resilient and will deliver Results. That's my job!
