Coaching Small Biz Owners & Biz Prof's who want to achieve a goal, yet feel stuck/dissatisfied with their results. I've coached many successful Small Business Owners who struggle with feeling they're good enough. If they take their problems home, they sound like they're complaining all the time. They certainly can't complain to those who work for them as it sends the wrong message. For most, its lonely at the top. I support them, while holding them accountable to their goals, as examples.
