Communication was NON-EXISTENT. Incredibly frustrating. But the installer actually showed up today, Saturday, as scheduled and did the installation. 1 minute of conversation and I would have given them a 5 star rating. What an oversight.

Was to be scheduled Wednesday for install by retailer. Installer not answering phone or text. Saturday now, no response. Poor communication, no service. Have to go back to retailer to request new installer.
