Classes are currently held at Parkland Middle school three times per week and are 45-50 minutes long. We enjoy teaching Tae Kwon Do to our students. We encourage our students to improve their physical fitness and self discipline. They also learn respect, perseverence, and build their confidence. Students of martial arts benefit in a number of ways including increased fitness, mental focus, and discipline. Tae Kwon Do students are separated into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes and wear belts signifying ranks (gup for colored belts, dan for black belts). Our school emphasizes a traditional system where students are required to be familiar with everything they have learned since they began.
