After taking a seat on the couch and getting whiffs of an unpleasant smell of dog "business". I have a little pom, and she isn't quite potty trained yet. I had done my best in cleaning up right after her but, my work just wasn't enough. Although I had tried my very best in trying to clean up this stain, my very best was only so much! I had decided to go ahead with the company with the best and most reviews so that is how I ended up with this company here. I gave these guys a call and I had a technician to me at a time most suitable for me. The tech arrived right on the dot and hat my couch looking brand new in an hour and he was gone with the wind. The guy was straightforward and he was honest too, he did some quality work as well...can't forget that. Great company here! Glas I listened to you guys here!

Had asked my gf to go and find a company that cleaned both rugs as well as tiles. She had mentioned Stanley Steamer; I went ahead and looked at the reviews; they were not good at all. These guys came up and I decided to check them out; I had shot them a call last week and had an appointment all set up for a few days later. I had gone, but my girlfriend was there for the cleaning. When I came back the difference was crazy! I didn't even think this was my house, the carpets were so clean! I am just pleased with the work done and had to write a review. Well I was over at my mothers house this afternoon assisting in moving some furniture for her because she had scheduled a carpet cleaning with another company but guess what? The other company never showed!! So what we did was we scoured sites for reviews and found these guys to come out. We scheduled an appointment promptly for the same day and they came on out. Amazing. They were professional, had introduced themselves and the work they had done was awesome. They were really putting in the effort in getting this particular troublesome stain from out the carpet! I was impressed with the service.

I was given an appointment quickly over the phone and the technician was also fair about pricing. He was friendly and polite, flexible in his work and also thorough as well. I had this nasty water leak which had went and saturated just about half of our family rooms carpet! Worst thing is that the dampness had actually gone much further than I had initially thought was well. The techs went ahead and tested my drywall for any dampness, luckily there was none. Anywho we had set up some big fans and he had returned as had been promised and had done an excellent job! My 8 years carpet and couch both look and smell clean and most importantly they are SPOT FREE! THANKS!
