This is one of the most unprofessional "companies" I have ever dealt with. Greg Adams is a con man. We paid 100% up front on accident when we should have paid only 70%. Did they refund us the 30% before starting the job? Of course not. We were told that our job would be started two weeks after we paid; after a month I heard nothing from them and call to inquire what is going on. Four months later, the job is STILL not done and Greg Adams refuses to come to my home to inspect the poor job that was done.
In summary:
1) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
2) If you use them, make sure you DO NOT pay them everything up front.
3) Greg, Bruce, and the rest have very pleasant personalities on the phone, but do NOT let this fool you. They are all dishonest and unprofessional.
4) Expect to wait forever for your project to get started, unprofessional on-site workers, unreturned e-mails and phone calls, and total lack of accountability from Greg the owner.
We will be taking legal action against Greg and his company.
