The home Patrick Dower/Atlantic Home mentions building in Scarsdale was, in fact, mine, and the project is ending (I hope) in a criminal investigation. He has not paid subcontractors, and has made off with several hundred thousand dollars. He is also not licensed in Westchester County; I don't know about the other licenses, but I would check. Exercise more caution than I did; call Westchester Consumer Protection before hiring.
