In an ongoing effort to provide unparalleled service to our clients, Sean Khan Consulting Company, Inc has formed a new independent company on July 2014 - Union Modular Construction, Inc – that specializes in the Modular Building Industry construction services for Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and Project Stabilization Agreement (PSA) projects, and signed on with the Laborers' International Union of North America for the state of California.
