Because most people don’t know how to effectively deal with stress and anxiety in their lives, anxiety disorders are the most common mental health concerns affecting adults today. An estimated 40 million American adults suffer with overwhelming fear and anguish that interferes with daily life activities to the point of being considered an anxiety disorder. It is unfortunate that less than half of those who suffer with these disorders seek treatment, as anxiety is highly treatable. Anxiety Tamer Counseling Services’ mission is to provide an environment where anxiety sufferers can safely submit themselves to self-evaluation, leading them to courageously face what they fear, and ultimately find peace of mind and freedom in life.
