I called on a Sunday morning because I'd managed to lock an interior door to my house in SE portland that didn't have a key. they showed up and literally not even 2 minutes after entering my apartment the tech had the door open. He took the time to explain to me why the door had locked and how to pop it open myself if it happened again. Pretty sure the entire interaction took 5-7 minutes and barely cost me anything with the flat rate offered :) very happy with the service provided!
