HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!! Avoid doing business with them at all costs! I promise you, it is better to sleep in your car than to call these people to get you into your house. Allow me to set the scene: I arrived home with five exhausted children to find I had been inadvertently locked out of my house. I called this company after a quick google search, without realizing there were no reviews, and asked if someone could help me. A tech contacted me shortly and said he would arrive in 35 minutes. NEARLY AN HOUR LATER he arrived in an unmarked van with his girlfriend, who was wearing skintight shorts, and after a glance at the lock said it would be $290!!! TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS to stick a screwdriver between the door handle and the doorframe. Realizing this is easily triple the usual price, especially since it was during normal business hours, I immediately called the company to request a price deduction, as we had been waiting in July heat for over an hour at this point and was hoping to come to a reasonable price agreement. While I was on hold he opened the door, a task which took about 30 seconds. I spoke with two women and was on hold for 22 minutes, while the tech stood there awaiting payment. I eventually hung up and called back, only to find the woman was answering my call and immediately putting me back on hold without even saying hello. She began doing the same to my husband as well. Eventually the tech took $20 off the price and we paid him so he could leave, but an additional call to the company found us yet again on hold for another half hour before giving up. We are furious!! If you want to wait double the estimated time to pay triple the normal cost for the twist of a screwdriver, these are your people. Otherwise, PLEASE USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!!
