Bob Negrelli went to work for his Father's real estate company in 1968 in Cleveland, Ohio and was successful at selling real estate from the beginning. His Grandfather was a builder and his Father and six uncles were builders, developers, and had a real estate brokerage company starting in 1945. In 1974 Bob started building custom homes and started developing subdivisions a few years later. In 1978 he went in partners with Superior Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, Ohio and together they bought 350 acres in Chesterland, Ohio, and developed it into 70 estate tracts and started building spec homes there. He also formed Hunter Realty Inc in partners with Superior Savings and Loan at the same time which he built up to five offices and 150 agents by 1985.
