I moved from Myrtle beach to Cary and last minute had to change moving companies. I called Ken last minute on Sunday morning to ask if he would be able to meet us and unload in Cary that afternoon. He and Chris show up promptly at 4pm. After a few minutes, a third mover showed up and they unloaded in record time with absolutley NO issues. If i had to move again, I wouldnt use anyone else....

Ken was prompt and professional. I called the night before for service to move a piece of exercise equipment and he and his helper were able to accommodate my last minute request and did a fantastic job. The service is amazing called yesterday and they came this morning. Very professional and fast. Wrapped furniture and Tv's etc and worked without a break. Will be using them for moving next time without a doubt. A++++

Fair price FAST service even for living on the third floor. No damage to anything . Will definintely use these guys again if I move .

We used Ken to move my mother in law. He was very professional, calling 30 minutes before our scheduled meeting time to verify everything. He & his assistant were meticulous with protecting the furniture to be moved. They were quick & most efficient. What could have been a stressful event for us turned out to be just the opposite. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone who was looking for a top of the line mover at a most reasonable price!

Ken did an excellent job! He was on time, pleasant to work with and did everything he could to make my move as easy for me as possible. Plus, his rates are amazing! I would most definitely recommend him.

I called around to other moving companies ..They all quoted several hundred dollars more than Kens Pack and Move....Ken agreed to Saturday morning giving me the option of the first or second appointment of the day...Ken set a 2 hour window for which he could be there, in which he showed up within the agreed time.( Moving is not exact science, it is very hard to predict the exact amount of time each job is gonna take, so if your expecting it to be to the minute, then move it yourself )....as I was saying , Ken and Keith showed up, and did not waste any time , they unhooked my washer and dryer and even had to turn off my water at the street for me due to the fixtures were leaking behind the washer... They moved me out of 1700sq.ft. To a two story 1900sq.ft. Within three hours...Certain pieces were extremely heavy and handled with care and they never stopped to take a break...I would recommend this company again and again...Sincerely "Mr.Busy Man"

I would recommend Ken's Pack and Move to anyone I know! Both of the guys came early and were finished before the two hours that it was supposed to take to move. They were both nice and knew what they were doing. If I move again I will definitely be calling them to help me move!!

Ken's Pack & Move did a wonderful job moving my mother into her apartment. We had arranged for another mover to move her from a townhouse to an apartment but the other mover cancelled the move with no notice. I called Ken early on a Sunday morning and he had her in her new apartment that same evening. They were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. They took great care packing and loading her possessions. I would highly recommend Ken's Pack & Move and would definitely request their services with my next move. I give them 5 stars!
